    If it were possible, I would give Obeez Painting/Kitchen Saver no stars. We hired Obeez on the advice of a realtor as we prepared to sell - and the fact that they were available to start the next day should have been a red flag.Where to start - hard to decide.They all wore heavy outside footwear in my house. When asked to remove them, I was told its not raining out. Boots stayed on.They were the messiest painters I have ever seen. They got paint all over everything (electrical outlets, baseboards, kitchen countertops, on the glass top stove, hardwood floors, etc). When I complained, I was told thats how painters do it - they get paint on everything, then they clean it up. Really?Accidents happen - I guess. But when someone drops a partial bucket of paint while climbing up a ladder, it is hard not to be upset. I think as professional painters such accidents should not happen. When I was upset about the mess on the foyer floor, front door and stairwell, there was no apology - I was told I was unreasonable for not understanding accidents happen (via raised voice). As I paid for all paint spillage was on my dime.They did not properly cover my furniture and then proceeded to get paint on my new sofa (I discovered big wet water marks on the upholstery where someone had attempted a cleanup), bed frame, coffee ********************* were expensive. They said it would take 4 coats of paint to cover my previous paint colour. We note they are masters of the very very thin coat! Price ended up being 25% higher than original quote. And I guess painting behind toilets is not required, from the end result.They were extremely loud and disruptive and it was COVID times, we really had nowhere else to go.I did express my displeasure and was told they were not interested in my feedback and would only speak with my husband.I took many photos of the work done and would be pleased to provide.

    This is 100% not true what all this customer said !! We were hired from this customers realtor , And this realtor I have been working with her for over eight years,she gives me about 10 to 15 jobs a year! We love what we do and we treat our customers like family and better.Everything went well painting the interior walls at this customers house we spent five days the last couple of hours everything changed when I had to go up on a ladder was a high wall it was an awkward position the pain can fell from my hand to the floor luckily to our floor protection nothing happened and we clean the mess right away and I showed the customers that nothing happened to the floor as the customer came from upstairs and asked whats that bang I told her what had happened and she told me you guys arent professional and I told her I couldve fell of this ladder and broke my leg or it couldve been worse and you are yelling why the paint can fell from my hand ? So now what these customers are claiming is all false Before we leave our hands on anything in the house we have over 300 tarps we go and type the whole house customer is complaining why we had our shoes on we only do residential homes that are furnished and we have outdoor shoes and we have indoor shoes.Customers claimed we got paint everywhere that is not true! because when we are done with all our customers when finished a job, we do a walk-through! I did a walk-through with the homeowners there was about 10 sticker deficiencies and we fixed as they paid me and we left the job.I can understand if theyre mad if they called us and we didnt respond or come back ? This was 2 years ago and I dont understand why after two years this upset you Im sure its all what you said was true you wouldve left a review on ****** and the BBB instantly ,I dont know why you waited two years.Before the review here these customers went on ****** and left a review there also ,after that I thought I would call the customer and apologise but he didnt answer so I left a voicemail saying Im sorry for your frustration it wasnt intentionally to get you guys mad and explained that I have a family with three kids and this is the only way of income and then they responded that they wont re move the review on ****** as I told them you guys are hurting me and my family when again painting is my only source of income.. whats not fair is this customer did not call me after we were done ? If they called us we wouldve been back to clean everything and make them happy ..my point is I did a walk-through with the homeowners and we fixed and cleaned what they have claimed was from us and then had never ever called me back . And now 2 years later they got mad about it .. Again Im sure if this was true these customers wouldn't wait 2 years to go on ****** and the BBB to complain . These customers are complaining Of the extra cost of theyre walls when they had dark colours and they want to go to a light colour I did do a test for them and showed them that this will take more than two coats that will be an extra charge and they agreed As the painting rule is 2 coats is on the painters and anything more than 2 coats is an extra charge and thats how it is with all painters !!These customers are arguing about the thin coats and thats false , We do use hi quality paint from *************************** and Im sure if our job didnt look great these customers wouldnt of paid us and again we did a walk-through with these customers and they marked a couple of places and we fixed them in front of them showed them ,they than paid us and now here we are 2 years later .. Before they left a review here they went on ****** just a couple days before and said what they said here ,so I did call and apologise on voice mail for the frustration because I dont like to see my customers mad at all but they did not answer the phone.
