            I purchased a 2020 Lexus LC 500 with under 14K kms on it online from Lexus of Royal Oak as a "Zero Accident vehicle, according to their listing on **********.When I got the vehicle I discovered that it was involved in a front end accident.I immediately contacted my salesperson about the problem and they refused to work with me on it, quote:"...the front bumper might just be centered by some speed bump or curbs at any parking lot, because it is so low..."I found a sticker on the driver's door jamb from **** **** **** ***** ******** **. According to the ****** report it was back in 2019, that's where my car came from to *******, **.I don't know what they did 3+ years ago, It might be another case, because when I looked underneath, both sides and rear area were dirty as normally, but the front bumper cover is very clean with fresh paint on it.You don't need to be an auto body expert to notice that the bumper cover doesn't match up; the headlights and fender lines are a bit lopsided and you can clearly see the overspray. It is definitely a low quality aftermarket job.I went to my local Lexus Dealer to fix the front end and they gave me a quote of $******** for a new bumper cover and paint job.I'll ****** a few pics of a yellow LC in OEM condition (and double kms) vs my ***************.

            Lexus of Royal Oak has been servicing my Lexus RX350 since 2011. I have taken my Lexus RX 350 for all major servicing at Lexus of Royal Oak even though I live 100 km from this dealership. On September 26, 2023, I was driving home and the vehicle started to lose power, jerk forward then stop, then go forward again. I phoned Lexus of Royal Oak explaining the situation and requested they repair my vehicle. It would need to be towed to the dealership. The receptionist that answered my call, heard my request, was discourteous and not helpful. I persisted since this was my hope for repair. Lexus had done most of my servicing since 2011, about 12 years. I was reluctantly connected to the service department. The service department person said that they were too busy changing tires to repair my car. It was that time of year when people had their winter tires installed. He said it would be at least 10 days to discuss my vehicle. I was put on hold to secure an exact date and time. The service representative never returned and my phone call was disconnected. I was extremely disappointed in being treated in this way. I had been a loyal customer for many years.
