Flair Airlines broke a wheel right off my luggage. I reported it immediately to their staff who took pics and info and assured me someone would be in touch. I have not had success reaching them via phone, email or chat after multiple tries. This happened on July 26!Initial Complaint

In March 2020 I had a flight booked with **** fare ( I was told I could cancel for a refund if I booked this option, only to be told later that is incorrect) & had to cancel my flight due to Covid-19 & travel restrictions. I was told I would be given a refund, only to be given a flight credit. When calling to request my refund I was told they cannot refund a credit. This amount was for $713.00 Since I have been contacting Flair on a weekly basis - asking for my case to be resolved with refunding my money for a service that was never and will never be given. They have hung up on me, laughed at me, ignored me on so many occasions, it is so frustrating to be treated this way as a customer. When asking to speak with management or a supervisor to escalate my case, on 4 separate occasions I have been told I would receive a call or email back from them and nothing.
