Holy cow. Where to begin. This company want subcontracted out through our restoration company to do the baseboards in our home post flood. Workers showed up 3 hours late due to some conflict over not enough payment through the restoration company.The 3 gentlemen who came to my home, were very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. I had left to go to work after of few hours of them working in the basement, and when my husband arrived home an hour later, one worker was left to finish the job- apparently a new employee without proper training. It was absolutely abysmal. The corners of the baseboards were completely destroyed and were not cut at any angles whatsoever to properly intersect. They were, instead, shoved up against each other- flat edge to intersecting baseboard- with massive gaps and not flush against the wall ( I could take my finger and bounce them front to back). One baseboard was even broken in half and another ill fitting segment shoved in and carelessly nailed. The corners were bulky and completely uneven with differing thickness and heights.Our sliding door was pinned into its slot due to use of too long of nails in the boards.When it was pulled out, it was completely damaged and gauged out along the whole bottom. We now need a new door.When confronted, the worker told my Husband well Im only 25 and dont have experience in this. He then proceeded to exit our home in a ****, leaving dozens of nails all over our floor and carpet and baseboards/debris from cutting all over our front driveway. We have dogs and a toddler that is here frequently and this was a huge problem for me. We ended up cleaning up all of their mess so that there were no injuries.The whole job has now had to be demod and redone and we now have to wait another week to order in new baseboards to replace what they ruined. Absolutely appalled. We have received no apology or call from the company at all.
