Purchased 2 truck both motor s are gone bought warranty through global warranty paper work all messed up for warranty nobody will call back these 2 lemons from ************ group beware of what you purchase and review paperwork

I want to clarify a few points regarding the vehicles you and your husband purchased.When you purchased your truck in 2022, you opted for a two-year, unlimited mileage warranty, which has expired. Mechanical repairs naturally become necessary as vehicles age, though regular preventative maintenance can help minimize the need for such repairs.Regarding the truck your husband purchased last year, it had over ****** kilometres of factory warranty remaining at the time of purchase. Based on this, he chose not to opt for an extended warranty. Provided that regular preventative maintenance has been performed, the vehicle should still be under factory warranty unless a significant amount of mileage has been added since the purchase.All documentation for both vehicles is in proper order. While we regret that we cannot offer further assistance, we hope this clarifies the warranty situation. If I could rate under 1 star I would. Sales man **** to me. Did not get the *** I paid a deposit for, instead more than 6 weeks later I was delivered a **********. Salesman **** to me, suv was delivered damaged and was from Quebec which was not disclosed to me before it was delivered then paperwork was sent. Awful experienceReview from Amit K

No stars for them should be an option. I financed a vehicle that had “front radar unavailable “ sign popping up all the time. I told them and they said we will fix it. They took my car away for one day in exchange of a courtesy car, and could not fix the problem. After that I have called them at least thirty times within next couple months, all they say “someone will get back to you” and when someone does call me( different person every time) all they want to talk about is trade in, they won’t bother asking about the issue I reported several times. Then one day, I just showed up in their dealership shop and showed a little disappointment, then Rob( manager) he said, it’s something that needs to be diagnosed by ****** only, pay them whatever they ask, get it diagnosed and bring it back and we will fix it. I did what they asked and when I gave him the results, he was like, “it’s not a big issue, no problem, we’ll have it fixed. We will give you a call, bring in your car and we will fix it for you”. After that day, it took them about three weeks to get an answer from their “service department” and that too when I have called them at least 10 times during this time. They say, “it is not our responsibility anymore, it’s been a long time and needs to be fixed at customer’s own expense”. Now, I don’t understand, they have very bad customer service, how is that my fault. In fact, I brought in the car at least 4-5 times during this chaos. But they didn’t bother to fix it. Huuuggggeeee disappointment this business is. Stay away!!!Review from Brandon B

Huge shout out to EVERYTHING AUTOMOTIVE at TITANIUM AUTO. Brody, Matt and Derek constantly go above and beyond time and time again. HIGHLY recommended for personal or business vehicle repairs if in the lower mainland.
