            September 25, 2024 Ms. *********** you for taking the time to share your concerns and for speaking with us over the phone yesterday. I want to clarify a few points regarding the vehicles you and your husband purchased.When you purchased your truck in 2022, you opted for a two-year, unlimited mileage warranty, which has expired. Mechanical repairs naturally become necessary as vehicles age, though regular preventative maintenance can help minimize the need for such repairs.Regarding the truck your husband purchased last year, it had over ****** kilometres of factory warranty remaining at the time of purchase. Based on this, he chose not to opt for an extended warranty. Provided that regular preventative maintenance has been performed, the vehicle should still be under factory warranty unless a significant amount of mileage has been added since the purchase.All documentation for both vehicles is in proper order. While we regret that we cannot offer further assistance, we hope this clarifies the warranty situation. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please dont hesitate to contact us.
