            They power raked but did a very poor job. We raked another 4 hours and pulled up 2 garbage bins full of dead grass. * ***** **** * ******* ** **** **** **** ** **** ** ****** *** ** **** ****** ** **** *** * *. Very poor performance. Very disappointing

            Hi Elaine. I'm very sorry to hear your experience with us was not satisfactory, and I'm sorry we as well don't have any information on you, your address and job we did for you because you never called to inform us of any issues to our knowledge. You said in your review you couldn't find a contact but we most definitely would have spoke on the phone a couple times at the very least to book your service and a phone call the day before to schedule your property, and our contact number is in public view for the public to call for service. To our knowledge we have not received a complaint for a job but if we had a team would have been sent back to correct or do anything missed from the initial visit. This has happened in the past and we do correct any issues. You also said you re-raked the property after the team had left which you most certainly should not have done, a call to us should have been made to inform us so we could correct it and as well now we cant confirm the work our team did for you. We would need to see the work our team did to go forward and correct anything which is not possible now because you say you raked it.
