I hired a company to paint my house. The name Royal Professional Painting *** ***** ***. My son in law came over when the painter ‘Antonio’ was here. The painter assessed the job and sent an itemized description and price. This included painting all the exteriors – siding, stucco wood trims etc. ** **** * ******* **** ** ************
A contract was signed and a down payment was made in April. The job was not begun until Monday, July 25th. There had been a lot of rain and I didn’t want anything to happen to this paint job. I witnessed the house across the street having to have the upstairs siding sanded and repainted. I told my painter not to rush. The job took eight days and was finished on Wednesday August 3rd. The final payment was cashed August 4th. The finished work looked beautiful. But several weeks later I started to notice several little “bubbles” or bulges appearing on the second-floor siding – not large but noticeable when the sun hit it. I phoned the painter and left a message. I waited – no reply. He had planned to come back to sand and paint a portion of a wooden window frame that he had filled. I left another message saying I had done the sanding and painting myself. Again, no reply. **** ****** * ***
