            Thank you for your message. I currently have an open cyber security case with this individual and considering legal action for slandering my business ,defamation of character and harassment. ******* has been harassing my business and getting multiple people text me and cyber bully me for the last couple weeks. She has never once reached out to me personally to rectify the situation and has called me “trailer trash” via text for no particular reason, I have not seen this client in over two years and had no idea she was not happy with her results. One of my assistance had reached out to her to see how to resolve the issue and hung up on her. I hope you can understand this is affecting my business on a daily basis as she continues each day to slander me online. I would appreciate your understanding in this matter as I work with police to find a solution. I have all of the screenshots from every thread as she has since deleted them.
