Order number: *************** I didn't get any pay out (25.5)even though they said it was paid on 03/11/2024. (My bank statement showed nothing get deposited at that time frame) I tried to contact them several times, and offered them to check my bank statement to prove it I didn't get any payout. But they always ignore my request and always stop replying.Business response

I received an item as a gift and returned it as it didn’t fit my needs And the store credit was issued in 2020. For $90. I didn’t realize there was a one year expiration date. I recently tried to use the merchandise credit and they said they would not honor it because it had expired in 2021. I live in Massachusetts and I was under the impression that stairs had to honor, a gift card or merchandise credit up until seven years. I contacted the company and they said they would issue a new credit for $50. I think this is unfair and should be given the full amount of the merchandise credit for $90 as I returned the product .Business response

I gave them 2 gift cards numbers worth $100 each. They told me they would buy them for a total of $166. They game a 15 day time frame as to when I would recieve my money. Here i am 23 days later and the gift cards have been emptied, but no funds have been put into my account. I would like to either be given the $166 i was told I would get, Or be given my Giftcards back with the full $200 on them.Business response

I sold a virtual giftcard to them on January 26th 2024 they promise a 5-15 day payout. I never got any information since that day. Today Feb 14th I contacted support. They said they were having trouble. When I asked why I was not told that there was an issue they ignored my question. Since then they have stopped replying entirely. I am rejecting this response because:
They only responded once I said I reported them. I was able to have my unused gift card. When I spoke to with a rep afterwards they thought it was all okay since I got my money back. I seen SEVERAL reviews saying they only respond when they know they have been reported. I strongly believe this is not a reputable business. As I did get my money back I am happy with that. But the fact that I wasn’t getting a response until I made the report is sickening. I will make sure everyone I know stays far away from these ***** people.

However I did not have the transaction in my bank account provided for the intended service. GA-*****-****** & GA-*****-****** So far, I haven't received the payments for my orders. I have contacted GiftCash millions of times through chat, email, text. At first, I have provided Giftcash two bank accounts. They all failed for no reason as I have received ACH transactions successfully through these bank accounts in the past. They asked me to provide check images, clear text account numbers by email etc, which I did through other safer channel. Afterwards, they could not figure out why it failed and still blindly send out the payments third time without investigating the issue first. Of course, it failed again. As a last try, I have provided a third bank account from a different bank last week, still a week later, payments are still not sent out yet. Also through follow up chat with giftcash, I figured out why the first few transactions failed. They somehow ridiculously stripped out the leading zero from my account number in sending out the payments. This of course has stumbled all these payments. The weird thing is that for the past few days the customer service (Chat or Email) is completely offline. The response from the txt support is they have escalated the issue. I don't want to file this complaint if I can get my payment back as I don't want to waste my time either.Business response

The company offers cash in exchange for gift cards and guarantees funds within 15 business days. However, the deadline has elapsed, and despite deducting the funds from the gift card, they have yet to pay the owed 79%. The transaction occurred on 1/1/2024 as shown in the uploaded image from the company website.Customer response

The company accepted a gift card in exchange for goods, withdrew all my funds, and failed to issue the promised 79% refund. The card has been in the company's possession since January 1st. Today, I received a message stating that the card order was cancelled, despite them having withdrawn the funds and not fulfilling their obligation. If the situation is not rectified promptly, I will pursue legal action.Business response

I sold a $50.00 **** gift card to Giftcash via the website on January 7th, 2024, (order ***************.) It states to give the website 10-15 days to complete the payout that was agreed upon. After contacting the company several times, I was told it is 10-15 business days. Today, I again reached out as it has been 15 business days, and have yet to have an update, even though I have been told the several times that I will be updated on the status of my order. I have only had any communication with the employees when I message or email, after being relentless with my questioning. I was told today that my order is "taking longer to be completed than normal, due to issues with the merchant," but was STILL not given an estimated time frame to receive my payment. I want the money that was promised and am very upset with my experience and the customer service- or lack thereof.Business response
