              I contacted HF on October 18th of 2022, I got a quote from him for building some closets and cabinetry. He came to our house and made some measurements and also provided samples. After we had agreed to a design he quoted us for 2400 and requested 1,200 up front as a deposit. After we ********* transferred 1,200 to him. He continued to give excuses for not being able to complete the work. After 4 months of excuses we requested a refund as the work was taking too long and we had hired someone else to finish the task. He agreed to give a refund on the 14th of February 2023 over the phone. However, we never received the refund after repeated requests for the money.

              ***** **** ******. Provided a quote for kitchen cabinets and island took a deposit of $1820.00 for materials to never return. Helder no showed 30 times in the 2 years to have him complete the promised worked. Helder did agree to return the deposit but haven’t received anything from him. ****** ****** ******* ****** ****
