I have been a customer of Bowzer Box for a couple of years now. I usually get a box every 3 months. They take payment automatically from my credit card the first of the month and send me an email advising I should receive a box soon. Usually about mid-month I receive the package. In June of this year I received the email about the package to be delivered along with ****** **** tracking number and verified payment was taken from my credit card. By start of July still no package and ****** **** tracking number advised of a delay. Earlier this week as we are now August as I had not been successful emailing them (directly on their website)and could not find a telephone number for them I decided to contact ****** **** who advised they have not physically received the package from the sender only a shipping label. I have now discovered that many more customers are experiencing the same problem. The biggest concern is that the company is not replying to mine and others inquiries as to when our packages will be sent out. I am now talking to my credit card company to see if the June charges can be reversed and to ensure no more payments are made to this company. Just trying to give everyone a heads up about this company. They used to be a good company but it seems to me they are having financial difficulties but this doesn’t excuse them for not replying to their customers!
