            We had our driveway (8000 square feet) paved by these guys 2 1/2 years ago and while the initial quality looked ok the area that they prepped and we paid for them to prep (as opposed to the area we prepped) started to crack apart. I wrote them several times about the issues and we were basically ghosted. We had a response initially but after 4 months we just gave up chasing ***** and fixed it ourselves hiring another contractor at significant cost to us. They never even acknowledged our written communication for 15 weeks until they saw this review after which they spent considerable effort trying to get us to take the ****** review we had posted down. We explained placing the review is not about compensation, it is about accountability, honesty and trustworthiness. If you're just looking for a paving company they can probably do the work but as far as any "5 year warranty" forget about that, especially if you have a significant area to be paved as we did. In the end a warranty is only as good as the person who writes it and in this case the warranty was not honored.

            Hi *****,As discussed in our email back and forth this summer, the cracks you identified on the edges of the asphalt where out goes from 2-1/2 to 0. The pieces that are cracked are about 1/2 thick. This area should be backfilled with topsoil by the homeowner as per our aspahlt aftercare. When you voiced your disappointed and told us you hired another company to fix the issue, we gladly offered to reimburse you for that cost ($1000) according to you. I think we have gone far above and beyond our expectations. Our offer still stands to pay for the service you had done and rectify the issue ***** Wilson
