              Purchased a used "like new" washer from this store on may 10th even though his invoice was dated May 14th. E-transfer will conform the May 10th date. I've paid $300 for the washer with warranty and and additional $130 for delivery and installation plus the removal of the old washer. My tenant and I waited the entire Saturday for delivery that never happened. Even after I drove to is store on 22 King St, Dundas, ON around 2 PM at which time he came up with a story where his drive was stuck in st-Catherine due to an accident. He gave me his word that it will be delivered before 6 PM. 09:00PM still nothing. Few days later, another person, that supposedly was the delivery person, called me to let me know that they will deliver it. out of the blue, just like that. I had to leave my work to attend the delivery. once again nothing happened. I called the delivery person, and they indicated that they left it outside because no one was home... I couldn't believe what I just heard. since I was home waiting for them. I asked him to confirm the address, and of course it was the wrong one. the driver promised he will go back after a delivery , to pick it up and drop it off. he never did. I then went to the "wrong" address where it was left, and was just in disbelieve. it was a damaged machine, banged up, scratches, rust, and the door didn't even close. I called the delivery man and the store owner to inform then that I won't accept such garbage and a full refund is expected. It took them over 3 days to pick up that "damaged" washer from the wrong address, and never returned my calls and texts. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** If I can get the full amount of $430.00 t********************************************************************************************************************************************************************
