              I purchased a vehicle June 26 2023 drove around for 2 month got new insurance slips and then got into an accident which totalled the truck when going to claim the insurance they called me back the next day and said my insurance was canceled and that they weren’t covering the vehicle they said they sent out a registered letter which I did not receive and nether did the finance company so now I been out a vehicle for serveral months I have work and kids that I have to pick up and work I need to get to

              Been with this company since I began driving so literally 10 years ago. Clean driving record, no tickets or accidents- every year my rate continued to climb. It was from $138/month to $228/Month. Notified them today that I would be canceling my policy and they're charging me a cancellation fee of $176. Really poor customer service not explanation for increased rate other than "Your vehicle has a high theft rate" Yeah ok... ** **** ***** ****
