              This started when my wife and I ordered an end table that was originally supposed to be transferred from another warehouse, and we were told we would get it the following week. When I arrived at the Hamilton warehouse to pick it up, I was told that it wasn’t there, and I had to contact my sales representative. I did this and was informed that their warehouse stock was incorrect and that I would have to order the piece from the manufacturer, and that it would be another couple weeks. That deadline came and went and when I contacted them again I was told it was delayed till the next week. The next week came and went and upon attempting to contact my sales rep I found that they no longer worked there. I was again told my someone new that it would be next week. This deadline also passed and when I called to inquire I was told that the truck driver stole the shipment? Which is an insane thing to tell a customer, even if true. At this point, we just wanted a refund, so when my wife and I went to the store to accomplish this, we were told that our furniture was there, although we hadn’t been notified, and that we would have to pay restocking. When we voiced our refusal of this arrangement, we were called ignorant, insane, told to shut up, and threatened to have the police called on us. I do not understand how this business can operate when they literally verbally assault customers who have issues with their incompetence.

              Parks furniture Tillsonburg * ***** **** * ***** *** THIS STORE WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. This is 5 minutes after my call with Matt, one of the stores managers. We have been patiently waiting days to hear from them about a black leather couch we wanted and they failed to get back to me with its availability even they told me they would get back to me on the same day. I called back after a few days and I explained to them I've been waiting for them to get back to me and he wouldn't even apologize. Matt said he only had the floor model which was disappointing because I was told there were 2 floor models, one in Tillsonburg and one in Hamilton but one in stock which is what I wanted ***** * ** ******* ** * *** **********. They didn't have it so I asked that since a discount was out of the question, would they be able to provide delivery. I asked this in question form. Matt changed his tone and started being very ********** stating that I was demanding and called with a certain attitude. * *** ************ *** *** *** *** I was trying to get to the bottom of this since we need the couch for the shop. Instead of kindly suggesting alternatives, he told me that I didn't have to get this couch and that I had 2 opinions. ********* ** ** ************* ** ** **** ** *** *** **** ** *********  ***** ** **** ** *** ** **** * *** ******** **** I immediately paused to apologize *** *********** ******* * **** ****** **** ** *** ** ***** *** **** **** **** * ***** ************ But I made myself clear that I wasn't being ****, I never demanded anything and only asked if they provided shipping because I believed my car wasnt big enough to carry the floor model already built. But when I tried to talk to him *** **** *** ********** *** *** ***** *** ******* **** ******** *** he basically **** ** ** *** hung the phone on me. * *** ******** *** ** ********** *** ** *** *** **** *** **** *** *** ****** ****** ******** ******* * **** *********** ** ** *****

We have never been **** or aggressive to any respectable customer, We have had nothing but 5 Star reviews for this location and multiple phone calls in about how great the service was in Tillsonburg. We can confirm we acted in proper manner
