Dishonest and shameful.Embarassing... The stories they tell. No one there has the same information.We are looking for the highly, coveted Carnival. After 2 hours of being told they had ( in transit arriving in the next 6 weeks) the van in the color and trim that we wanted. We were met with the financial director who basically said No he would not sell us this van because he had a list and he had to respect the list... BUT if we got the extra warranty (5000$) then it was available for us, so no list? What?... basically who ever buys more add ons gets it. (Really annoying if your budget can't allow another 10k of upgrades, because the amount presented is before taxes and financing) But Ok fine even though we just spent 2 hours being told the add-ons were 100% optional. We were considering paying for the warranty. I did not like that he wasn't able to admit that they were taking advantage of the situation but I get it, dealerships are trying to make the most profit. Nevermind the fact that he had in 2 minutes completely changed the negative that had been presented to us over the last 2h. The tipping point was this. In our 2h chat, the salesman had given us the price of the vehicle and separated the 5000$ warranty to be financed without interest. Saving us at least this little bit of interest.Well apparently he wasn't allowed to do that and this was refused. The director would not honor his salesman's word. The financial director tried repeatedly to manipulate the situation. Using bullying tactics, name-calling his competitors, Threatening to "walk away from the sale". Contradicting him self with every sentence. (We have a list I must respect with many people on it, but also if you make the deal interesting I give you my word I'll deliver you this van) ****** I swear it was just like in the movies. Greasy scumbags. Someone reviewed them as deplorable and I can't think of a better word.Review from Anon A

Dont deal with these crooks and their deceptive pricing tactics. They add on thousands of dollars in extra charges for on top of the vehicle cost for:extended warranty, dealer warranty and rust proofing. And do not allow you to opt out of any of it. With the response this is how we are selling cars and will not change pricing. The car wasnt even rust proofedDonnelly KIA Response

You live half way to ************ We are not going to sell our EV9, a very rare vehicle, to a customer from outside of our market area. There are plenty of *** franchises close to where you live. I am sorry if you are not happy with the selling terms that were discussed that would allow us to consider selling a rare, hard to find, vehicle to an out of town customer.Review from Grant W

Man oh man.. where to begin. Asked a few dealerships in the area to be placed on a wait list for whatever vehicles they get in of a certain type (cannot order them). They try to force me to make a deposit as though I had ordered one. I decline and call them out directly and with a review. Well, long and short of it the ** goes bonkers and threatens to *** me. A fine piece of work. Ended up having to call the police so the harassment and threats would stop.Donnelly KIA Response

We are sorry that we would not put you on a list without first putting down a deposit and signing a bill of sale. That is simply our policy. We don't think it was fair to give a one star ****** review with hurtful comments telling everyone not to deal with our dealership. That hurts our credibility and the staff that work here that depend on our sales to make a living So we responded to the review, then the customer started to put up fake reviews in response. We corresponded with this customer and said if that if the fake reviews continue we will consider legal action. No one went bonkers, no harassment, no one needed to call the police over a simple response to a review. This is certainly not the typical response we would submit to a customer issue however in this case we feel it is warranted.Review from doug h

This Dealership Donnelly Kia is the worst dealership that has the worst General Manager and Finance person in the world of Automotive ever. had a phone call from ************ the general manager of the *** and ********** dealership who says we owe you money then calls you back and lies to you over the phone saying we don't then there Finance ***************************** who sit there and lies to customers about caring and saying that he has got you the best deal and that he is there for you when he isn't as he writes the bill of sale for the car that you didn't want after wanting a Mirage and saying there is lots of warranty for the car and he did the search on the car that had a ticking sound and sys the manufacture warranty but didn't search out if previous owner did the due the oil changes on the car properly like you should ,when you take the car back to them they turn around and say you have to use the warranty they sold you and put a used engine in the car and they take the car back and shove you into a different car with problems also and say it's your problem even after having the car for less then a week . As you try and deal with them for almost a year and hearing every lie the General Manager calls you up and says we owe you money but lies to you saying that it's buyers remorse and you get nothing even after trying to deal with them for this long to get a vehicle that you wanted. Every time you turn around they lie even after helping them with bringing in more people to buy off them to help them sell cars. ************************* is a lier and also when he was at another dealership he threatened the receptionist and getting fired from other dealerships for treating customers like garbage I would say stay away from theses dealerships ********, and ********** that belong to the Donnelly ********************** If you want to keep your money I would go to any other dealership. The staff at theses dealerships don't care for people who work hard or live on pensions so be aware of itReview from Sean C.

30 day warranty. Drive off lot warranty is more like it. I called about door 21 hrs after driving off lot. They say, must have happened with you. I could hear wind from door as soon as I got on highway.Review from Steve

Worst dealership / automotive repair I've ever dealt with. Go somewhere else if you are able to. It's rare if some one picks up the phone when you call the service desk. My under-warranty Sorento's break lights weren't working while driving, so I tried to schedule an appointment - I was told that it would be almost a month to schedule an appointment, or I could leave my car there and maybe they could get to it in a week. Nothing they can do about it, no loaner, no apologies, no solutions, no surprise that a Kia would have such a serious safety issue, even from the service manager. I was treated like I was a huge inconvenience instead of a valued customer, possibly because they knew this would be a warranty repair, or maybe that's just standard practice. After I filed a very fair review, the GM responded to it reimagining what actually happened in an effort to make themselves look better, accepting no fault or room for improvement. When speaking on the phone later (just to defend the dealership, not offer any new resolutions to the matter) he repeatedly cut me off and when I pointed that out, he admitted he was being rude. This is the GM straight up admitting he was being rude to a customer. Yeah. It all makes sense now. You've been warned
