            In the past month, I paid for services quoted but not rendered at my request. This resulted in a credit of roughly $1,400.00. I the intended to keep that credit on file, but given the noticeable poor workmanship and very poor customer service, I have now asked three times for the overpaid money to be credited to my credit card, which they have on file. The reason is that I do not intend to go back to this supplier ever again to service this boat nor any other I may own. I want my money back.

            In 2023, I was looking for a Marina near ****** where I could store my boat for the winter, and I decided on Hurst Marina.One reason is because when I stopped at their gas dock when I was having motor problems that summer, a manager and mechanic came right down to the dock, removed the cowling, and told me what the problem was. I was floored! That clinched it for me! I have had nothing but exceptional service since! The staff is courteous and friendly, the service is speedy, and their product knowledge is second-to none. My boat is 14 years old, so when motor issues arise, Hurst is quick to diagnose and address the problems. I highly recommend Hurst Marina.
