            Took my expensive Tissot watch in for battery replacement. It leaked in the shower right after. I took it back. They dried it out but told me not to use it in the shower again. The back of the watch says water resistant to 30 meters. I had a battery replaced there on the same watch a year ago. I kept it on while showering and it never leaked. I also used it for a year and a half when I first got it. It never leaked then either. I think this time the watch repairman didn't do it properly and that is why it leaked. Then they had the gall to charge me $30 for drying it out. I could have done that myself. Just the good old transfer the blame to the customer game and wriggle out of your responsibility. Seen that before. Why would I ever trust them with expensive items like jewellery purchases when I cant even trust them with a simple watch battery replacement.
