              *** ****** I paid for and ordered a hat--7 days after ordering (and not seeing it on my ***-** tracking app) I called Tilley to inquire about said hat. I was told they'd email me back to verify where it was. The next day I received a "Shipping Confirmation" email saying the product had been shipped. Hat never came. 15 days after ordering I called again--was told the hat was not at the warehouse/they were out of this product. So...the hat had never been shipped! ****** *****. I was told I'd been refunded. Lesson learned: from now on I will always check a vendor's BBB rating before ordering online.
