Specifically, consumers allege that they signed up for a free trial and later discovered unexpected and/or unauthorized charges on their credit cards. According to complaints filed with BBB, consumers are prompted to sign up for the trial through advertisements which indicate they only need to pay for shipping. Complaints suggest that the advertising was misleading and did not disclose that they were signing up for a subscription service or that their credit cards would be automatically billed.

            On November 11, 2020, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. BBB has not received a response to date.

            ****** ****** **** displayed price for product $49.00. It displayed in shopping card $49.00 Right after I edited added credit card number and clicked ok. Different amount was changed. The company behind the scene added another products and total cost displayed $372.62 I immediately called this company and asked to cancel all. Although they sent confirmation that transacting went through successfully - they refused to cancel. They said they will see transaction on their end only in few days. On the website its also was message that product will be delivered within two weeks due to value of orders. However they rushed this order and put label "expedited Order" . I do not want any orders from them as they doing dishonest business. I never opened received package, I want to send it back and I want my money. Please assist.
