    I ordered a **** **** bench in early July 2024. It was supposed to be available to deliver on September 6, 2024. I did not receive it. I emailed a few times and finally got a response well past the 24-48 hours they said they would respond. They told me there would moving and that my order would ship no later than October 14, 2024. I did not receive any tracking information they said I would receive. I have emailed them twice since October 18th. I have still not received any response from them event though there automatic reply said I would get a response in 24-48 hours. I tried calling their tool free number at exactly the time when they said they were open for calls and immediately it says they are experiencing a higher call volume. This is their excuse every time. This has to be the worst service I have ever had. Stay away from Wazo Furniture and try Wayfair or others. Definitely not worth the hassle. I may have no other choice but to ask for a refund if I soon don't get some satisfaction.

    We are experiencing a surge in call, email, and order volumes. This higher-than-normal demand has led to some delays in our usual processing times. The item the customer order was a pre-order item and the next shipment is not expected to arrive at our warehouse until November 16. The customer was advised of this and decided to proceed with a cancellation of the order. The order was canceled on October 24. As per our refund policy, the refund will be processed in up to 30 days.
