            on 2021-11-229, we meet with a sales person that is no longer with them. We percussed approx. 27,000 thousand dollars of appliances. we put a 6,000 thousand dollar deposit! we were told it would arrive in May We went into the store to get a update sales person no longer with us. wow our order is in early no one had a clue. Told you must take now ok but we were not ready. We ordered a 36 inch Induct Cooking GECafe all our appliances are GECafe. we were not told that you cooking top and fan had to be the same size. so a mistake was made we must change the 36 to a 30 cooking top. they charged us 500 to restoke!!!!!! but drive it to Innis road by yes we Saturday had to drive it from alred ontario to Innis road 1 hour drive cause they have it sold. then they charged us another 503 approx to change from 36 to a 30. sooooo 1,000 dollars more, how frustrating. there staff changes all the time no one knows what going on the coustumer is truly getting the sort end of things. I will never deal with them again, I will never recommend them to anyone. I want my 1,000 dollars they stole from me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

            STAY AWAY!! Especially the Corbeil on **********, ******. Once they have your money they do not want to deal with you. We had a brand new oven delivered, paid for gas hook up to find out that it was a dud. After contacting Corbeil, they will not replace it , they keep telling us to deal with GE/Elite Appliance Repair and a month later we still do not have a working oven. A BRAND GE STOVE THAT HAS NEVER BEEN USED. Worst customer service and a waste of my money and time. Do not bother with Corbeil.
