            The date of the transaction was February 29, 2024. The amount of money paid to the business was 203.39. The business committed to providing me with an Ontario training completion number (TCN) from the training provider and 50 hours of in-person training. I have attempted to contact the business via phone, e-mail and contact through their website about the status of my training and they continue to neglect or ignore my calls. I have completed their training and wish to carry on with the exam. If this establishment is not capable of providing this service then I will take my business elsewhere. The business has not tried to solve the problem. On Friday March 15, 2024 I was notified by ***** **** **** that someone would be on contact me once my certification was complete, I still cannot reach these people.
