Worst customer service ever! Poor warranty service. Purchased a hot tub in Oct 2022. The lid had issues with getting waterlogged. They had me send photos and video as they wouldnt come out. Then they told me it was delayed being replaced due to Covid. I was understanding and waited. A whole year I waited. The heavy, waterlogged lid, proved too much for my lifter, which was only screwed into plastic, and not the wood frame. Opening it on a cold day had the sides of the tub shatter. Again, they didnt send anyone out. Had me take pictures. The lid would not sit on properly, and in a storm, the whole thing blew apart. Again, no one came. They asked for photos. After much debate, they told me they could send the panels no problem, but they werent covering the lid. I explained that I was told 2 months after purchase, they were replacing the lid, and I still hadnt received it, so yes, they were replacing the lid. They dumped it at my house, unceremoniously. I complained and they came back, put it on and took the old one. They then said they couldnt replace the shattered panels (the outside or my hot tub). They put me off and said theyd be on back order until May. Its June. They wont return my calls or emails. I paid $11,500 for a new hot tub that looked and work great for 2 months. Do not buy a hot tub from these people! They have no regard for their clients, their name or reputation.
