    *** *****. We purchased a ***** accord from this dealer (Nick). This car was to come with an extra set of tires on rims for the winter, 2 keys and certified.I ask to see the winter tires but was told they were in storage. I was also told that they put new brakes on the front. We also bought the extra warranty with (Aprotect) and was told that if anything went wrong we could choose a mechanic of our choice to have it fixed. When we picked up the car Nick gave us 2 keys and when he showed us the tires, they were not on rims and the wrong size. I question him and he said they didn't have rims but the tires will fit. . I come to find later that the tires actually did not fit the car and was of no use to me. On the way home with the car we found out that the brake light was out. (Not sure how it passed the safety with the light out) In the truck there was a plastic bracket and my friend said it was for the cabin filter. When we checked, there was no cabin filter. Not to mention there was never any new brakes put on the car. When I called Nick. he said I was being to fussy and that the car was used not new. I had requested the work order for the safety and he never did provide it. A couple weeks later, we find out that the extra key we had didn't even belong to that car. I called Nick and he said that there was only 1 key. he said are you accusing me of keeping the key and refused to do anything about it. By now we also learn the air conditioner does not work, so we THINK that this is ok because the warranty will cover it. Well here we go, AGAIN **** to. We had to take the car to the mechanic of their choice (********* Auto Services) We also had to pay for diagnostic, 100 dollar deductible and the recharging. ********* said they change the condenser, but the following summer we had issues with the air again and now the warranty was up. We took the car to someone else and they had to change the condenser costing us now $1000 . This Car was over $18000.
