            Hard people to get a hold of. Set up a time for a quote, they never showed on agreed time. Never called to rebook a time or any response. Very poor rating if there is such a thing. Common courtesy. Thanks

            Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. Our appointment to come to your home and provide you a free roofing quote was set for Sunday May 15th, between the time of 10am-3pm.
            I, Chris ******* did show up to your home at 3:30 on Sunday May 15th and did provide you a free roofing quote as promised.
            I did express to you that I had 6 roofing quotes set up and you were the last quote of the day. I had to travel 30 minutes from St Thomas, to your location.
            I apologize again for the inconvenience.
