              I am writing this complaint to express my dissatisfaction with the workmanship provided by Judd Construction in a recent flooring upgrade (2019). Both the front entrance porcelain tiles (which have to regrouted) and laminate flooring (with gaps between numerous planks) have to be repaired after normal wear and tear over 2+ years and before any further damage occurs. As the original job was not completed on favourable terms with the Contractor, I now have no recourse but to have the flooring repaired at my additional expense.
