      Hi, I applied for the TD Infinite **** credit card on the *** ****** website. It was a promotion to enroll in their ******** program and received a $200 statement credit within 90 days of application (*** ******** *********). TD cc argues that I didn't meet the requirement about applying and booking at the exact same time *** *** *** *** ** *** ************ ** **** ** ***** ****** ******** ** ***** ** *** ******* *** ** **** ******. After applying I received a message "Your application is under review". * *** **** ***** ** ****** ** ** ***** **** ******* *** ****** ****** *** *** **** **** ***********. After my application was accepted, I went back to book the flight and couldn't book it somehow. So I called ******** and I was told that my ****** had to book it when she'd received her CC because she was the one traveling. This whole promotion is so messed up that nobody seem to be able to figure out what went wrong. I have wasted countless hours over the phone to try resolving this issue without success. I have done very many CC and account opening bonus offers over the years and always got the bonuses offered. I've NEVER seen such confusion with this TD promotion. ******* * ****** ******* ***** ******* ****** *** ****** *** **** *******. *****************************************************************************  **** ******* **** * ****** ******** ******* ** *** *** **** **** ***** *** ** ***** ** ** *******.       At that time, the account manager helped me open an account and told me that I had three offer bonuses. One of them was to open a savings account and deposit money into the account for three months to get a bonus of 500. I deposited money for four months on February 25 as required. Now I am told that I do not meet the requirements and the bonus is gone. I called the customer service number and the customer service told me that I met the requirements. **** ****** ** ******* * ********* *****.

      There was an unauthorized transaction td made on my chequing account for $15.xx. **** ***** **** to garnish my money to put towards a creditcard payment. I never gave permission for anyone at td to ****** my account and do transactions on my behalf. Id like the money give back to me. I have closed all accounts to halt any more ***** *** unauthorized transactions. Their transfer also took the minimum ballance i requested stay in the account to pay the monthy fee. They just decided to ***** ***** *** **** ** ******* *** do transactions that suited their agenda. I wasnt even alerted of any if this i found out by reading a print out of my transactions at the atm. ** ******** *** ********** ** ******** ******* ******* ** ******* ** ******** ** ****** *** *******

      You guys suspended my personal credit accounts due to debt on a business account. I then made the payment because your employee told me that if I made the payment I’d get my personal credit back.       Closed TD bank account. Every time I used my card they locked it for fraud. I don’t have any lines of credit, any cards, any over draft, I simply closed my account, They sent me to collections with a starting balance of $0, now they say I owe over $700 for nothing other than closing the account. ** **** ** * *****

      Horrible customer service, not answering phone, not returning messages, unable to help at the branches in person, mis-information. Trying to close an estate account - this is TD Estates Liabilities. How are they allowed to control customer money, but not be available for support. They owe us 4000$ and refuse to respond or assist.

      i have an auto loan with td bank. i have NEVER been provided statements concerning my payments or balance on the account and i have tried MULTIPLE TIMES over the last few years to have TD provide me this information. Currently both ********** and ******* are reporting a FLASE BALANCE OUTSTANDING. this is impacting my credit score, ******* ******* ******* *** ***** ** the balance number being repoted by TD bank is FALSE. I have spent the last three days trying to resolve this with the bank but they are sending me auto reply messages wthat do nothing. i cannot get anyone on the phone, their website does not allow me to create ana ccount. i am about to stop all payments unless i am provided the requested incormation. I will also require corrections to my credit report to show the actual outstanding balance.

      On July 20th, 2023, I received phone call from TD specialist (**************) that there is a promotion going on. If I deposited money to my TD account and leave the money at least 90 days, then I can earn bonus from TD. After 90 days, I can do whatever I want with that. For example, to deposit $10,000, I can would $200. If I deposit $50,000, then I would get $1000. They told me that only selected customers can join this promotion event and it is not open to everyone yet. On July 31st, 2023, I deposited $50,000 into my TD account. Later on August, I received phone call saying that this promotion is open for everyone, if I have extra money, I can continue to contribute. Thus I deposited another $10,000 on Sep 15th, 2023. The total bonus shall be $1200. I am expecting the bonus for $50,000 should arrive on around early Nov and the bonus for $10,000 should arrive on mid Dec. I kept $60,000 in my account till Dec 27th, 2023. But unfortunately I still did not receive any bonus from TD. I sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls, but still I did not receive info on why I am not getting this bonus and when they will issue the bonus to me. They even asked me to keep my money even after 90 days since deposit. This is frustrating and I am wasting my money without earning interest (**** is offering 6.35% interest rate if I deposit into **** account), so I am losing around extra $300-$400 that I could get from other bank. This is a very terrible experience especially considering that this is a large amount of money. Even such a big bank is not keeping the words as they initially promised.
