Bank account frozen due to Fraud alert- My debit card has been associated with the vendor in question since 2017- i updated my card on their website prompting a Fraud alert from TD. I was trying to add back a debit card, my wife, and mine. We share a joint acct and have each others info together as married on the acct- Her card sent a fraud alert to her number- she was able to reply as not fraudulent making her card accessible again. My card was then tried to be added and locked my access to my debit card and when I went to the branch to verify my card and pin the lady said i had to call a phone number*** *************- i cannot get thru to any one- was on the music hold line for 2 hours- im in immediate need of my acct- and the branch will not help. I need this to be address with td bank superiors immediately- this is poor business practice There is no Fraud as this site has been linked to my bank account since 2017- now all of a sudden my acct is frozen with no one to help or respond.Initial Complaint

So I closed my td bank account. Somebody sent me an etransfer to my old email instead of my new one. The money went in the account although it should of been closed. I went into the bank... they couldn't release the funds because there was a hold put on it. **** ** **** ** *** **** **** ** **** ******* *** I went into the bank and got it out no problem. I don't owe them any money. There's no reason for it to be on hold. I went into the bank. And even their own employees sat on hold with me waiting there for am hour and a half and they gave up. Told me to call a number and get them to put a note on the file for me to get the money. I sat on hold 3 days and kept getting hung up on.
