              I was approved for the secured ****. I sent the $500 deposit. I never received an email saying it was confirmed. I called 9 days later and two agents said they didn’t see anything in my file and I would have to wait to see what the problem was. I called my bank and the money was successfully taken out of my account. It seems like the agents don’t care about my funds. Very unsettling, unprofessional and seems like I’m being scammed. $500 is a lot of money, and to be told they didn’t know what happened is horrible.               Terrible customer service! Noticed fraud charges on the card through alerts. This was strange since I never use the card so how did the number get exposed? Contacted customer service and all they do is transfer me to different areas with no solution. It's been 6 weeks with no resolution. I'm still waiting for the transactions to go through disputes before I can cancel the card. So frustrating!
