On May 19th, 2024, I ordered a Grandiflora Rose 500 piece jigsaw puzzle to be delivered to me. They processed the order on May 20th. I paid $38.40 Canadian including unit price, shipping & handling, and tax. May 26th I received the box from them, containing the correct invoice, but the wrong puzzle. They sent me a puzzle I never have ordered, and never would, titled "A World of Her Own" (500 pieces). Apparently I have the option of sending it back to them at my expense; then maybe they will send me what I've already paid for. I have e-mailed them but have not yet heard back. I would like to receive what I've already paid for at no further expense. What do you think?Customer response

I have heard from Bits and Pieces. They have sent me the puzzle I paid for at no extra charge. I am satisfied with their response.
