I ordered a puzzling table on 03/17/2022. I received a confirmation of my order. The purpose of this order was to give the table as a gift to my wife on April 5th. After two weeks I followed up on the order only to find that my order had been declined and cancelled. They indicated that my Credit card had been declined and that this sometimes occurs when the postal code is incorrect. this was on 03/29/2022. I really like the table, so I tried placing the order again. Again I received a confirmation and then the next day an email stating that it was declined. At this stage I gave up dealing with the company and went elsewhere. So if you are interested in their puzzle tables and find yourself reading this, ***********, much easier. I easily ordered a similar product elsewhere. It was shipped the next day. On April 5th I received an email from Bits and Pieces indicating that they have charged my credit card and shipped my package. I checked my credit card and this was true. I find this to be in appropriate and poor customer service. If you state my card is declined what give you the right to run that card again 7 days later. I don't recall giving you permission to do this (perhaps this is in the fine print). So then I called in for assistance and they did say I can return the puzzle table at my own expense. I do not know if they way they handled my Credit card information is legal or not but its certainly nothing a few phone calls couldn't sort out. If you are going to do business online, have a plan for timely customer service. I recommend not dealing with this vendor.
