            Delivery date September 26, 2023, -Delivery driver and installer was unprofessional to us the customer and his helper through berating his helper, and moving our bed out of the bedroom, and then refusing to move it back as we did not purchase the bed with Ashley's Furniture. -We paid for white glove experience, the installers left a mess with packaging all over, and the bed was not put together properly, which led to damage of my flooring as they did not bolt down everything properly so it was all loose, which as the bed was placed on the bedframe, it damaged the flooring, which would not have happened if the bolts and screws were all tight and snug. I had to tighten and redo the build after the fact to make sure it was stable enough as it is a king size bedframe for a king size bed. Ashley's refused to take responsibility as I didn't report it within the first 48 hours, which I would have if they had a supervisor and/or manager called me back as I had requested. I have requested the delivery confirmation sheet multiple times that would have my signature and they have not sent that as well, which I want. I am now waiting until Christmas or New Year for the repair of my bed frame as they said the damaged parts were the support posts, when I stated it was the supporting beam on the slats itself and they have to order another part. I have went to the regional manager sales manager for help which the customer care centre doesn't care as they do not call me back at all. They agreed to refund the white glove service which has now been over 2 weeks to receive that refund. There has been zero help from customer care, they refuse to repair my floor which their product and the lack of proper quality installation damaged.

            O NOT PURCHASE from this company. I am not one to leave poor reviews, but their customer service is non-existent. The ladies at the physical store were nice and helpful but from there on out it has been a disaster. I purposely purchased an in stock reclining sofa and paid for white glove service. Upon delivery there were two significant cuts in the leather. As instructed I immediately called customer service to notify them and shockingly was told they will not replace the couch but repair it. I was not told this when purchasing, it was not written on their warranty brochure nor on the receipt. After attempting to deal with customer service on the occasions where I could get past the bots and talk to someone they were not helpful. I went back to the physical store and basically was told their customer service is not related directly to the store. I could have purchased online for a bit better price but felt buying local would be an advantage. Not at all. When asked to return was told there is a 25% stocking fee. Finally out of options I just sat and waited for parts. I received an email saying 2-4 weeks. It is now starting week six since purchase. I feel like this is fraud. Customer service doesn’t even seem to know what parts were ordered and when they are coming. This feels like fraud to me. Where is the 2500$ couch I ordered where by receipt says delivered in showroom Quality?!!!!!

            Those parts were supposed to be here between 2-4 weeks, it is now 6. When are the parts expected? I was told I would receive a phone call with an update. That never happened.
