    O NOT PURCHASE from this company. I am not one to leave poor reviews, but their customer service is non-existent. The ladies at the physical store were nice and helpful but from there on out it has been a disaster. I purposely purchased an in stock reclining sofa and paid for white glove service. Upon delivery there were two significant cuts in the leather. As instructed I immediately called customer service to notify them and shockingly was told they will not replace the couch but repair it. I was not told this when purchasing, it was not written on their warranty brochure nor on the receipt. After attempting to deal with customer service on the occasions where I could get past the bots and talk to someone they were not helpful. I went back to the physical store and basically was told their customer service is not related directly to the store. I could have purchased online for a bit better price but felt buying local would be an advantage. Not at all. When asked to return was told there is a 25% stocking fee. Finally out of options I just sat and waited for parts. I received an email saying 2-4 weeks. It is now starting week six since purchase. I feel like this is fraud. Customer service doesn’t even seem to know what parts were ordered and when they are coming. This feels like fraud to me. Where is the 2500$ couch I ordered where by receipt says delivered in showroom Quality?!!!!!

    Those parts were supposed to be here between 2-4 weeks, it is now 6. When are the parts expected? I was told I would receive a phone call with an update. That never happened.
