I tried to resolve by sending a certified letter to the Hotel on 6/23/23 - Received no response.I than sent the same letter ***** on 7/11/23 and it was delivered to the Hotel on 7/13/23 but as of today I have had no response. Letter's went to *****************, GM Inlet Tower Hotel & Suites.We stayed at the Hotel from June 11th to June 12th, 2023 for 1 night.Hotel was booked through Expedia since we were flying home from our cruise out of Anchorage back to *******.Room booked was the **************** for $ $357.28 for the 1 night.When we checked in we were assigned room 407 which was not the ****************.It was the King ****** Big differance based on there website! Was told this was the room assigned to us. We had a confirmed reservation for the **************** but was told this is what we where getting since the Hotel was full. Front desk staff not very helpful and made no attempt to resolve. Aside from this being the wrong room we had many concerns of the condition of this outdated and not clean room:1. The old metal cabinets in the kitchen are all rusted out on the inside.2. Microwave was dirty inside & out.3. The entire room smelled musty and not clean.4. Cups provided for coffee but no condiments.5. Multiple stains on the couch.6. Dried paint on bathroom ************** in front on bathroom.7. Chair in bedroom had a nail coming out from the arm.8. TV Remote in the bedroom did not work.9. Shower was barley warm! 10. Old dresser drawers would not close.A room like this should NEVER be given to a guest!! We are requsting a total refund of what we paid which was: $357.28 1. They did not honor our confirmed reservation for the **************** and gave us another room,2.The room that we were given (room 407) was in no condition to be rented out.I did attempt to resolve with the Hotel twice but they have not responded.That is the pupose of this complaint.Thank you!****************************
