To begin with the person you spoke to was the Head Chef, not the Owner.  I am the Owner and here are the facts.

We sell hot, fully baked Cornish Pasties every Wednesday and Friday.  If and when we run out of hot baked pasties, we sometimes sell fresh "Take & Bake" pasties, but only if requested by the customer.  Evidently that is what you purchased last week.

Yesterday when you came in and asked for a pastie the employee gave you one of the fully baked hot pasties, which is standard practice.  You absolutely did NOT request "Take & Bake". He said that he saw you squeeze the pasty firmly in your hand and then stuff it into your backpack. You then headed for the door, but turned around to ask my Head Chef if you could return the pastie. He clearly explained to you, that you could not return any food product that you had handled, squeezed, and stuffed in your backpack, which is a violation of FDA regulations.  He told you, if you didn't want the pastie to just throw it away, because we could not resell it to another customer.  At that point, you became unruly and he asked you to leave.  He said you then went outside and smashed the pastie all over our windows.

Your aberrant behavior is totally unacceptable and simply will not be tolerated. Effective immediately, you have been banned from A Pie Stop.  DO NOT COME BACK!!!!

you are wrong as i was wrong about calling your head chef the owner however i did request a "pastie to take home and bake for dinner" i guess it would of been more clear to say for dinner i would like to bake my pastie or i would like a take and bake the young man at the counter put the pastie on the counter i picked it up and exclaimed this is warm put it back on counter and was told nothing could be done i picked back up and it was crumbled i moved out of the way to make room for another customer while discussing situation the head chef came out to tell me about shepherds pie to take and bake i would of gladly purchased one i live in the neighborhood have for 28 years i did not appreciate being treated like a homeless person or a drug addict or whatever your head chef though of me I have trigeminal Neuralgia and my body ticks and my voice alters i spoke with other friends who had similar experiences with your head chef you might want to check your security cameras to see how when i spoke of tossing in the trash he said trash is over there when i turned to look he moved quickley on me and tried to grab the pastie from my hand i pulled my hand back and left i never raised my voice or swear at him but he could use some anger management

NO, YOU ARE WRONG!  You are NOT being truthful.  I have reviewed the video tapes from beginning to end, and I personally witnessed your extremely odd behavior from the kitchen when you were here.  You absolutely did NOT ask for a "Take & Bake" pastie. You absolutely did NOT put the hot pastie back on the counter and ask to exchange it.  Without hesitation or comment you placed it directly in your dirty backpack. We absolutely did NOT treat you like a homeless person or drug addict, regardless of your aberrant behaviors. The reason the chef reached out to take the pastie from your hand was because you threatened to throw it on the floor.  It's all a matter of record on the video and I heard you myself. You called my young employee a "coward" and now you defame my Head Chef.  You lost all credibility with me when you smashed the pastie on my front door and windows and refused to leave. On the contrary, you are the one that requires anger management or some kind of mental treatment.  The bottom line is that you are no longer welcome at A Pie Stop.  DO NOT COME BACK!  We will NOT serve you.  This is my final response.  I have wasted enough of my time.

LOL whatever I already said I would never return and my neighbors said they will no longer support you until you apologize for lying about me my father raised me to speak the truth so enjoy your life fleecing customers and lying about it yes i was upset I never got angry you took my money and did not give me what I ordered plain and simple your reply to this will show your contempt for the disabled and how you spin things saw other posts of you doing the same bait and switch and by the way the cornish pastie had beef in it

LOL. You can't use a disability to explain your very odd aberrant behavior.  All of our pasties have had beef in them for the past 10 years.  There is no bait and switch. You can't return food products that you have handled and stuffed in your dirty backpack, that's clearly a food code violation.
