            I bought a 2024 ***** traxx. The vehicle had 7 miles on it when I bought it in August of 2023. I took the car back to the dealership in March of 2024 because it was making a loud noise. The kept the car from March to May. They replaced the engine. After having the engine replaced, the car is making the exact same noise. Now they are telling me that that is how it is supposed to sound. And they want me to come back and get the car. I have told them that I do no want the car and that I want my money back. They are refusing. If there was nothing wrong, why replace the engine? Now that the engine has been replaced the value of the car is depreciated and I can't get back what I paid even if I sold it myself. I have reached out to GM, the manufacturer and was given a case # 9-12727624547. GM is not following back up and they are not calling me back. Now Step One is asking that I return the loaner vehicle even though there has not been a resolution to the issue.

            I am in the market for a new Tahoe. I contacted Premiere Chevrolet 4990 Premiere Pkwy. Bessemer, Al. 35022 and inquired about a Tahoe listed on their website. I was contacted by a salesman and quoted a $***** market adjustment above MSRP. I am a loyal GM customer and have bought 4 brand new GM Vehicles over the last 9 years. I find this market adjustment appalling and almost legalized theft and or price gouging. This practice is a poor representation of your brand and should be condemned. Extremely disappointed middle income family who has worked hard for everything in my life. I do not come from money nor am I nowhere wealthy enough to throw away $****.

            after review of customer concern, i reviewed concern with sales management, this vehicle is priced at market valve, with addenum like every other dealer ship is doing, other markets are they same way,
