              August of last year we had some work done by them that some wasnt done right and some was not completed at all. We recently had a big water leak and had a local company come out to do the repairs for us.. while the guys were in the crawl space they discovered all the problems that I had no clue existed. To start with the biggest problem they didnt seal everything up leaving a huge hole where the supply line runs in from the crawl space allowing mice, rats, squirrels, and God knows what else into our house. It is a split level house and all the problems were basically confined to the basement and crawl space under the mid-level.. so we kind of just wrote off the basement being our family area and moved some stuff to the mid-level living room. Unbeknownst to me the huge gopher rats that were getting in had chewed holes all in our $5k+ living room set.. chewed away at the bottom 2 steps going down to the basement so bad that they broke.. and the rats themselves are the ones that caused the water leaks chewing into our pipes in 4 different places and causing a crack to run down the line to the main costing us almost $5k to fix. They were supposed to replace ALL ductwork with metal like we asked and paid for.. but most of it in the crawl space was actually left flex.. and you know what rats do to that. Holes in the walls.. electrical wire Ive had to replace. Oh and not to mention when they sprayed in the attic insulation they broke the door going up to the attic leaving it the snow insulation all into our hall closet rendering it useless. Their neglect has cost us more than what we actually paid them to do.. which of course.. they didnt do. And now it seems like my calls are being dodged and I cant even pull my invoice up in my email anymore because they removed it or something.. so taking them to court would prove futile at this point cause they can make it say whatever they want to without me having an original copy. And this cost me almost $13k AVOID THIS COMPANY

              This company installed an HVAC system in my house in 2013. The initial installation was very poor, and they had to make several trips over the next few weeks to correct it. Then the A/C would not maintain a charge or even when charged would not adequately cool. They told me this was because it was installed in the attic. Finally in 2017 they admitted the coil was probably damaged during installation and for $250 they would replace it. I paid this and at least the system would hold a charge afterwards, although it still could not keep up with days over 90 degrees. When I began using the A/C this year, it was hardly cooling at all. I called a different company who found the leak and repaired it, then diagnosed the poor output and determined the blower settings had NEVER BEEN SET CORRECTLY. When the tech made the blower adjustment, the unit began cooling like it never had, even when brand-new. I shudder when I think of how much money I've wasted in excess power, and nine years of inadequate cooling. If it were possible to give negative stars, I would, but suffice it to say, avoid this company at all costs!
