              It’s a shame when I received a email from Birmingham body shop and repair shop to give a review and and how quick I was contact to take down the review down. I have not contact yelp or google so I don’t even know how or should I take it down. During a estimate on hood repair I was charged $***. I would think that every parts taken off should be put back on like the hood grill but it was not. Also the communication with the body shop and owner is not respectable when the insurance is the one paying. The body shop was told the truck needed to go to the service shop and after a week of waiting for a/c repair I called a service manager for a/c and I was on the way to pick up the truck. I appreciate the work done but the a/c still was not working and panels was not put back and a wire cutter still under the hood, yes it was completed and bill was paid on repair. I can’t prove it even with a video taken before I disconnected from the trailer for the body shop but I have a brand new headlights that had a red streak and deep scratch on driver headlight. The scratch was detected the next day parked in a private fence.

Therefore, it was not ready when you came to pick it up. We apologize for this inconvenience. When you contacted us about the scratch on the headlight, we absolutely wanted to help and let you know you could come by, and we could buff it out.               I accept the apology and I hope this review give all repair service to a higher standard with a better understanding and respect to the customer because they are the one that interact with people on a every day basic.
