              I moved out of my old home at **************** , on June 15th the water was disconnected my last bill statement was $301 and some change but I just moved and I called to get my balance now its $700 and she saying something about a write off Im furious this is crazy , they didnt send any notice of this or anything just charging me half of my rent for some water. This is why people right now having a hard time these utilities are extremely expensive I LITERALLY AM STARTING TO HATE BIRMINGHAM UTILITIES AS A WHOLE .

              If I could give 0 stars, I would. My water bill is more expensive than my power bill every month. Have had them re-read the meter to me and my neighbors having outrageous water bills. I'm single, live by myself, and am hardly ever home due to work. My mother (who lives in a different county in AL) water bill is $50.00 less than mine each month, with 4 people in household, and she does multiple loads of laundry every day. I have called them to ask why is it so high. They said it's $30.00 just to have a meter every month, as well as they are not in charge of sewer price. They told me my bill of $90.00 a month is cheap. I have no idea what they are charging other people, and I don't wanna know. I'm not showing with Smart Water, it's 'city punch', and should be charged accordingly.
