            Mr Collins handled my bankruptcy last year. He did not file a paper when he did this to stop a lien against my property. He knew about it because I called and told him and that he had put a rush on filing my bankruptcy. Now I am refinancing my property and learned there is a lien against my property from a company for a bill that was discharged in the bankruptcy. I contacted Mr. Collins because we are ready to close and that is when I found out about the lien. He said he did not know about the judgement and if he had known, it would have been taken care of during the bankruptcy. He claims he did not know about it. That is part of his job. Now he is charging me $450 to open the bankruptcy and get the paper filed to remove the lien. He should not be charging me for his mistake. I already paid him $1500 for the bankruptcy. This was his mistake and I should not have to pay $450 for HIS mistake.
