I went to Woodpile because i needed a price for a new front door. they were recommended by a friend who said they were great for windows and doors. I have been waiting for a price for a week after the first week we spent trying to get the right door. I called after a few days and she said they couldn't get that door but she found one similar so i asked her how much that door was and she said she never got the price and she would call me back. It's been another few days and still no call. She told me everyone does bigger jobs and that is why people can't get the smaller jobs done.
I then called the owner Seaborn W*** and explained to him what happened. I said to him if you aren't doing small jobs then she should have told me. I now have wasted a few weeks and i would have went somewhere else. I can't believe that a huge company that sells ton's of doors and widows could take a week just to get a price. His answer was covid which is getting real old as an excuse. Bottom line -HE DOESN'T Care.
I am very sure when Mr. Wood and his wife Patti started their business they would have welcomed my order for a front door and probably had a price the same day. But now they have employee's big building etc., etc.
If you need building materials, doors, windows, etc, Don't use Woodpile. They only do big jobs and you will wait forever for any answers. There are many other places to buy what you need and they will gladly want your business BIG OR SMALL.
