Salesperson ***** **** racially discriminated against me! He told me that I was a thief, and I was a fraud, and the dealership will never and does not want to sell me a car. He stated that if I wanted to file a complaint on him, I could call back on Monday and speak with his manager and he hung up the phone in my face. When I spoke with manager ***** ********, he stated that he has known ***** for years and he's not that type of person and the situation was a misunderstanding. He states that ***** said nothing wrong to me and he asked me several times "what did I want them to do about it". I asked him if I were his mother, daughter, or wife, would he be ok with ***** speaking to them in that manner, and he immediately stated "NO". I contacted the dealership and spoke with **** ******, and she texted me a link to complete with my information and advised me to submit a copy of my driver's license. ***** contacted me asking for a co-signer and I gave him one. He advised me to bring my own outside lender. The car was for my son, so he was pre-approved through *********** and I contacted **** and advised her. She asked me if my son was getting the car for me, and I told her no, but we're on the same insurance. She advised me to tell my son to go on their website and complete an inquire now then submit and complete the link sent from them and send them a copy of his driver's license and the reference code from *********** and she will give to *****. ***** never called us and when we called him two hours later, he yelled at me twice stating that I am a thief and a fraud, and the dealership will never and does not want to sell me a car and he hung up! He was extremely disrespectful towards me and made me feel like trash! I asked him why he run my son's credit if he knew he was refusing to sell him the car. I'm not understanding why ***** would put me in a category of a thief and a bank fraud when I've never committed a crime, he discriminated against me.
