I contacted bill penney cdjr about a vehicle they had posted for sale on autotrader during the first part of May. My initial conversation with my sales rep ************************* was nice and professional. We discussed prices and trade in value of my vehicle and agreed upon full disclosure on both my vehicle and the one he was selling. I held up my end but he did not. I noticed that one of the rims had some curb rash on it in one of the photos and inquired about them fixing it before I took delivery of the vehicleRandy agreed to take care of it. I took delivery of the vehicle May 20th 2023. They delivered the vehicle to my home and the driver had gone through some rain in route to olive branch so the vehicle was dirty. Upon initial inspection I found that the trim panel in the trunk was missing and immediately called ***** and his reply was that it wasnt a problem and asked me to text him some pictures and he would order what I needed and ship it to me. On May 21st I started cleaning the vehicle and found that the rim that I was told had been repaired was two different colors and had two different finishes. Upon further inspection I could not find a wheel lock key and I also had no means of changing a tire should I have a flat. This vehicle does not come with a spare but does come with an air pump and sealant in case of emergencyI have nothing. One of the biggest reasons I purchased the vehicle was because it had active exhaust which means youre supposed to be able to change how loud the car is. Turns out the person who owned the vehicle before me took the factory exhaust off and replaced it with aftermarket exhaust which is not equipped with active exhaust so I paid for something i didnt get. I called ***************** 22nd to express my concerns and was told that he would relay my concerns to ************************* and i would receive a call back to address all of my issues. I have called numerous times over the last month and have gotten no where. Emailed the ** and got nothing.
