            Last year the company installed security lights and four security cameras. In January I requested the following:(1) The area around one light that was coming apart, to be repaired. (2) The cameras be set to record only what is happening on my property and not record the passing cars. When the repairmen came on Friday March 1st. The area around the light was made to look better but not completely fixed. The cameras were changed, but now they only record in real time, which makes them useless, because I cannot see what has happened in the past.When I called the following Monday I was told that there was nobody available to help me, but I could call the help center and have them walk me thru the instructions, to fix the cameras.The help center said I had to connect the ** to the camera device, but I couldn't because I didn't have the right cord to connect the two devices.I have left several messages, both by phone and online, but I have been ignored. I need these problems to corrected.

            This company sent me an unwanted text message asking me to find them employees on Saturday. I called and left a message saying I didn't appreciate my personal info being abused, and that they company was so unprofessional that they thought this text message was a good idea. I get a call at 9 am on Monday from some woman who tells me I left a disturbing voicemail - that alone is a red flag if that woman thought my voicemail was "disturbing".There is nothing wrong with me telling them it is inappropriate to abuse my personal info, and it is pathetic that they would ask people to find them employees.She proudly and smugly told me that they have a privacy agreement she claims I agreed to which allows them to abuse my info and send stupid text messages. I yelled at her and used a couple of choice words since she wants to so smugly double down on abusing personal info. I hung up and she called right back.That's how "disturbed" she was by the voicemail I left.That woman was just looking for a fight from the beginning. This is who this company is. They will abuse you and your private info.
