            we had our roof done in Jan 2021 a year in a half ago after hurricane ***** and we had P.M. ********************** to do our roof and our contracts said that we also wanted Foritified Roof done for our insurance to get a discount and we have called and email Mr ********************** and he said the gentleman that was doing it was backed up and was going to get to us soon. it is not June 17, 2022 and we have yet to have that certificate for our roof to turn in to our insurance company. I am not sure of the steps but I know this has been way to long and I need your help because he haven't honored the contract because that is why we used this company because he said he could do it and it wasn't the truth

            Some of the worst craftsmen in the World. He brought in two different subcontractors not licensed to do work under his licenses. Had a door put I. Where a window was removed.
