              Lester Cobb came to my house to caulk a small leak, yes the leak is fixed, but not for 15 minutes of work and he charged me $465, this is crazy, I got one question WHY !!

              ****************** was told the cost of the repair.he agreed to the cost. i did not go to his home to caulk a small leak.i went to repair a leak. after having seen the location of the leak,i told him that i could fix it and that my fee would be $465.00. he agreed! i put my ladder up and went up onto the roof. there was no obvious problem. after looking under many roof shingles,i found several roofing nails out of place. i repaired them with a tri-polymer sealant.i fixed the leak. i hope ***************** would call us again should he need any roof related services.
