Your responsibility to keep in ur possession the tools necessary to do ur job. I didn't charge a rental fee but at least he didnt charge another last minute $50 extension fee. What kept me calm and cool and even excited was knowing my old key (which had been ran over by a car and no longer had remote function) would be replaced and with a backup too. To me, that made the $300 worth it and the $350 bearable. once the job is finished and he has me send him payment via cashapp, he hands me the keys I just purchased for $350 and a day and a half of waiting around on *****'s Locksmith Service he hands me 2 basic a keys with the cheapest little label attached to a small keyring. $350 paid and no remote control for my trunk and door locks. Reason cited was the parts have to be ordered from *****. That is not my problem. That is your problem and you should deal with it instead of failing to provide what has always been standard especially for that high a price. I had a key made last year in ********** for less money and it had a remote. That is a ridiculous price for a basic key and you are dishonest for not being upfront about what to expect for your overpriced bad business.
