The past two months my car has been back and forth to Riverchase Kia. The first time it was for a battery replacement. My vehicle was kept for 2 weeks in order to do a diag and replace the battery. The second time, my vehicle ran hot and I was stuck on the side of the road. I let them know that I think it is a thermostat issue and that I would like it checked. My car was at the dealership, again, for over two weeks. I was told that it had air in the coolant line and they put it on a machine in order to shake the air out. Four days later, my car was BACK at the dealership because it ran hot again, to the point that the lights on my dashboard were lighting up and when my car was placed in Drive it went into reverse. My car has been at the dealership for three weeks at this point, and every-time I call I get different answer and no results. I have paid a car note 2 times for the vehicle to not even be in my possession because they cant seem to figure out what the issue is and cant understand how a gallon of coolant disappeared. Easy. They never put any in there.I have also contacted corporate multiple times and have heard NOTHING from them as well. This is a 2022 vehicle- only 2 years old. I am not understanding why I cant seem to get an results, and mow my phone calls are not being answered at all.
