Part One:When I moved to ******* from ************** in the beginning of this year I unfortunately got hit by a deer while driving home. I took my car to get an estimate at *** Hudsons Collision as they were recommended by my insurance company Nationwide. The employee told me that a job such as mine will take about three weeks. I dropped the car for repair on February 28th. Knowing that he couldnt give me an exact date for the completion of a job such as repairing a car, I waited patiently for over three weeks. During this time, I keep receiving text messages updating me on the progress of the car. On March 24th I received a text stating that the car will be completed with an estimated date of March 28th.When March 28th came to pass, I waited a few days thinking that car should be finished within a day or so from the estimated date. However, I never got a call from the repair shop saying that the car was completed or that they were running behind. So, I decided to contact them. They told me that the car wasnt ready and that it should be done within a week. When that time came and past, I checked to get an update on the completion and again they kept pushing the date back. A week, two weeks By the time I got my car back it had taken them two months. Even then it didnt bother me. I understood that sometimes things dont work out the way they expect. However, when I got in the car, I noticed grease stains all over the beige interior of the car. The inside of the car looked like a monkey throw his f**** all over the room. All of the work done to the car was on the outside front of the car and nothing was damaged in the interior. When I brought up my dissatisfaction to an assistant manage named ******, he seemed very bothered by me and told me that he would look into what the upper management can do for me.
Part Two: They reached out to me and told me that if I dropped off the car again, they would have it detailed. Once the detail job was done there was still noticeable stains but I decided that I would just live with it so that I can move on from this seemingly never-ending ordeal. But something really bothered me when I picked up the car this time. A general manager name ***** gave me the car and told me that there was no telling who did that to my car and sent me off with the biggest grin on a persons face. Upon getting home I noticed that there was a light on the dashboard informing me that the windshield wipe fluid was low. I went and purchased windshield wiper fluid and filled up the car but the light would not go away. Again, I took the car back and ***** the told me that this would be an easy 5-minute fix and that he would call me to come in when the part arrived the following week. When they failed to call me in the following week I called and was informed that the part had arrived but they were too busy to take care of me. Once again, they told me that they would call me in the following week. Which as of today ten days have passed since their last promise and I fear that I will never hear from them until I call them. Besides the failed sensor for the windshield wiper, the wheel hub cover in the front right that lines the engine hood from the wheel are missing bolts and is coming apart. The interior cab is making noise as if something is loose and is very distracting while I am driving. Every time I hear the noise, I become paranoid. I keep wondering what else they might have done to the car that *** jeopardize the safety of my family.
